Minoo Javanmardian, PhD, is a member at large of the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) Board of Directors. She is a senior partner with Oliver Wyman, serving clients in the firm’s Health and Life Sciences practice.
Dr. Javanmardian has more than 27 years of consulting and industry experience. She joined Oliver Wyman from Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). In her experience in health care consulting, she has primarily focused on provider and payer sectors and has held several leadership positions including leading the firm’s health care practice for several years. She was elected to serve on the board of directors of Booz & Company from 2009-2012. Dr. Javanmardian is a recognized thought leader and executive counsel within payer and provider sectors. She has served many CEOs, C-suite executives, and boards of directors with the Blue Cross plans, as well as health care providers. Dr. Javanmardian has served on the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors since 2017 and currently serves as chair. In 2019, she became an AIM Leadership Society member. She chaired the AIM Advocacy Forum in 2022.
Dr. Javanmardian has served on the AIM Board of Directors since 2024.
