Hector Montesino is a member at large of the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) Board of Directors. He is a seasoned health care professional with a focus on older adults. 

 

In 2018, he launched Embrace Home Care and Health Services, a Massachusetts-based home health care company. Prior to founding his company, Montesino was the executive director of Peace of Mind Home Health Care in Boston and the executive director of the New England Deaconess Association Home and Community Based program. In 2018, he was appointed by Massachusetts’s governor to the Advisory Board for the State of Massachusetts on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. Montesino has been a volunteer advocate with the Alzheimer’s Association for nearly a decade, a member of the AIM Leadership Society and a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter. 


He has served on the AIM Board of Directors since 2024.
