Pippy Rogers

Florence “Pippy” Rogers is a member at large of the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) Board of Directors. She was a public school educator for more than three decades.
Pippy began her career as a classroom teacher and retired as a principal. She worked in the LaGrange, Georgia City and Troup County Public School Systems. Her teaching experience extended from primary grades to middle school, and she earned Teacher of the Year honors at the school and district levels. Before becoming an Assistant Principal she worked as a Staff Developer for the School System. Rogers is a longtime Alzheimer’s Association volunteer. She has been a member of the organization’s Georgia Chapter board of directors since 2018 and currently serves as the board’s co-chair. She joined the AIM Leadership Society in 2018. Rogers is active in Alpha Delta Kappa, an international honorary organization for women educators. She was the driving force behind the organization joining the Alzheimer’s Association’s The Longest Day event as a Global Partner in 2013.
Rogers has served on the AIM Board of Directors since 2024.
