The house Committee on Energy and Commerce has jurisdiction over a wide range of important health policies and programs. In keeping with this responsibility, members of the committee provide oversight for the National Alzheimer's Plan process. We ask members of this committee to ensure that the Plan is regularly updated, implemented effectively, and fulfills the Congressional intent of the National Alzheimer's Project Act (P.L. 111-375).
