Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions
The senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions ('the HELP Committee') has jurisdiction over a wide range of important health policies and programs. In keeping with this responsibility, members for the committee provide oversight of the National Alzheimer's Plan process. We are counting on this committee to ensure that the Plan is regularly updated, implemented effectively, and fulfills the Congressional intent of the National Alzheimer's Project Act (P.L. 111-375).

The senate Committee on Finance has jurisdiction over the Medicare and Medicaid programs which together provide care and support for most Americans with Alzheimer's disease.
Special Committee on Aging
The senate Special Committee on Aging serves is a center of deliberation on aging issues in the senate. In keeping with this responsibility, members of the committee provide oversight for the National Alzheimer's Plan process. We ask members of this committee to ensure that the Plan is regularly updated, implemented effectively, and fulfills the Congressional intent of the National Alzheimer's Project Act (P.L. 111-375).
