Thanks to our hardworking advocates across the nation, AIM is leading the way to develop, introduce and grow support for laws like the bipartisan Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act (P.L.115-406). 

The 2011 enactment of the landmark National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA) ushered in a new era, changing the way our nation addresses Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

Since its founding in 2010, AIM, the Alzheimer’s Association and our advocates have been unrelenting in our fight for a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

State governments are essential to addressing the growing Alzheimer’s and dementia public health crisis. AIM works to ensure state policymakers take bold action, effectively implementing policies to reduce the long-term impact of the disease on state budgets and improve the lives of individuals living with the disease and their caregivers.
